"Thermocalc" is an Excel-based thermal design tool developed by Thermal Design Lab. It consists of 42 calculation sheets, 8 physical property sheets, and a library of 280 fans, allowing for a wide range of considerations from determining cooling methods in the early stages of design to equipment casing design, substrate thermal design, various heat sink designs, Joule heating predictions, and Peltier element calculations.
